[Scanner] Frequencys

I Discovered something interesting, tonight while listening to my scanner. (Radio Shack Model # C1084434 Dual Trunking Scanner)   

At frequency: 146.06000, I had a cross between NOAA All-Hazards Radio(Formley NOAA Weather Radio)  & the local NBC Affiliate (KUSA TV).  

I Have been able to pick up NOAA All-Hazards Radio on  frequency 152.41000(Extra bandwidth for NOAA'S  NWS) &KUSA TV On  148.94000 (That's there audio frequency).  

The normal frequency for NOAA-All Hazards Radio is:  162.550 MHz  
In the Denver Metro Area.   

Dose anyone have any idea why these 2 stations would be crossing?   
(One is a TV Station & one is Weather) ?
