[Scanner] NY Center (FCC) freq

Howdy to the list.

Recently fired up the Hallicrafters S-40B and came across the NY Centers 
long range WX report (and some runway activity).  The analog dial was "off" 
years ago and it still is now.  Frequency heard is about 3.575 MHz.

I went surfing the net looking for some info but haven't found it yet.
Can anybody point me to a list of frequencies for the FCC's 20 Service Centers?

I'm also interested in frequencies for the towers at National (DCA), Dulles 
(IAD), Bolling AFB and Andrews AFB.
