The Cincinnati Fire Department and Cincinnati Police Department will be switching to their new 800 MHz APCO-25 system on Tuesday May 3, 2005 at 0700. 3rd shift CPD officers will be required to carry both a UHF and an 800 MHz radio for the switchover.
