[Scanner] Railfans Welcome Database Update

Hi, Norm.
I do not have any info on the Massachusetts area in my own information. I live in
western Ohio, which is probably pretty obvious looking at the Ohio list of locations.
I could go to other web sites and find frequencies and train watching locations,
but I prefer to use info that is sent to me which is confirmed. Many people put fake
information on their web pages just to see if someone copies their info and posts it
elsewhere. Check the web page every 2-3 weeks. If someone sends info to me, I will
post it.
