I want the best scanner for lo/hi and uhf police and local gov freqs. I will feed it with 9913 they will be located in the third attic where there are some now. I have a comet discone which I dont think is that good and an ASP MON31 I think that does a better job are there any out there that have some gain> looking for ideas
