[Scanner] uniden bearcat 245xlt

I have owned a uniden bearcat xlt scanner for a few years now. I have =
programmed this scanner many times with no problems. All of a sudden one =
day the scanner went into the trunking search mode. Sometimes when I =
turn the scanner off for a while and then turn it back on it is in the =
trunking search mode again. All I have to do is hit the scan button to =
scan my id list again. How can I fix this problem? Is this a programming =
error or does the scanner need to be repaired? The scanner works fine =
otherwise. I have reset the cpu and reprogrammed the scanner many times =
to try and fix this problem.
