Clarke County=E2=80=99s Red Cross unit gave the local Winchester-Frederick C=
hapter an=20
early Christmas present this year: a new communications system.=20
The Clarke unit not only bought two-way radios for its own volunteers, but=20
created a network to link the chapter office in Winchester and the service=20
delivery unit in Warren County. The group also bought compatible radios and=20=
base=20
and mobile units for those areas.=20
