[Scanner] anyone know freq used/mode?

Porstmouth NH Pd is on 154.74 Digital. The link they are talking about must
be the NHSP digital system that operates on various VHF digital frequencies
that are not trunked at this time but rumored to go trunking in the future.
All the systems are 3600 baud  Apco 25 at this time.
