[Scanner] Putnam & St. Johns Counties

I wish I could offer you more.  These were logged during a couple of trips 
between home and Tampa ... once trip down Hwy 301 (west of Putnam County), 
and one trip via I-95 and I-4 (east of Putnam County).

At one time, Putnam County Fire would occasionally be repeated by my local 
EOC repeater using an input of 153.995 MHz ... the EOC eventually changed the 
input tone.

St Johns County ---- frequency and tone

154.385 / 156.7 R ... St. Augustine Fire
154.415 / 156.7    ... County Fire Dispatch
154.770 / 156.7 R ... County Sheriffs
154.845 / 156.7 R ... County Sheriffs
154.890 / 156.7 R ... St. Augustine Police
