I've got a Uniden 2500XLT & had a 3000XLT, both handhelds, which cover:
25 MHz to 550 MHz uninterrupted, and then
760.00 - 823.995
849.0125 - 868.995
894.0125 - 1300.00
with switchable channel spacing & NFM, AM & WFM
