"buddy" and "tony," there are many thousands of us who have read the manuals and programmed our trunktracking scanners with little problem. Many of us are literally children. However, it is my (prejudiced) opinion that scannists (?) who cannot fathom the use of a "Shift" key on their keyboard will never solve the trunktracking mystery.
