Why can't some of these phones be used in the USA?
Sales to US customers (other than military, government, or law enforcement)
are for EXPORT ONLY. The main reason that these phones are not FCC certified
is that they exceed the maximum power requirements mandated by the FCC
and/or make use of frequencies commonly used by non-telephone equipment.
