Hi, Dave . I have a 163 I know would not be able to hear digital stuff. I looked at radioreference.com and found these: Are these the ones that I should be able to listen to ? or are these digital ? Do I put these in as Motorola Type II bank ? Anything special that I have to do to enter these into scanner ? Sorry for so many questions. Thanks for your help !

Noble County is VHF and partially Safe-T. The 164 is not a digital scanner and will not hear the digital trunked system. www.radioreference.com is the place for frequencies. You will find alot of the fire and EMS traffic is on Safe-T.
