Tim, I checked radioreference.com and it does say that 6171 is "Zionsville 
Police Disp." and 6160 is "Sheriff Disp.", however these descriptions should 
be changed because 6176 is not solely Zville, it is really anybody south of 
State Road 32 and 6160 is not solely Sheriff, it is dedicated to anybody 
north of 32.  On the radios officers have, these channels are described as 
"DISP1 - North" and "DISP2 - South".

As for EMS runs, ems ops is assigned to any medic run in the county (witham 
medics or zville medics), but if ems ops is currently in use the next ems 
run will be assigned a fireground channel.  In my opinion they should have 
more than 1 ems ops channel.
