[ScanIndiana] Indianapolis D-STAR Digtal Voice Repeater Update

I understand that the Indianapolis UHF D-STAR repeater has recently changed frequencies and is now on 444.125 MHz. 

The 147.39 MHz frequency that was used for a FM repeater has become a 2m D-STAR repeater. 

More importantly, the Indianapolis D-STAR digital voice repeaters are now connected to the internet via Icom's D-STAR PC gateway. 

The D-STAR repeaters use the call W9ICE.
