[ScanIndiana] ATT Phone company repair frequncies

Hello To All.Does anyone know what frequencies ATT used to by SBC is using in there repair vans I have seen on the street.I have also seen some of there cars and they have what looks like either 800 or 900Mhz antennas 3 in a row on top of the repair vans  and 3 across their back trunk lids of there cars.I used to be able to hear them around 451Mhz on a repeater from downtown Indianapolis but I do not hear any more radio traffic.Can anyone provide frequencies.Thanks Best Requards,Tim DeLong W9NES Indianapolis,Indiana
