Indiana Hams, 
As part of an emergency exercise, SONS 07 (Spills of National Significance) related to the New Madrid Seismic Zone, amateur radio and the Civil Air Patrol will be launching a simplex repeater on a balloon expected to reach 75,000 feet. You must register to participate. It will be launched from Mo. at 0830 tomorrow morning. It will cover a circle approximately 676 miles in diameter. You should be able to work it if you are in the circle with an HT and 2 watts.
