That's true on contracts with radio dealers, I do the same thing for  medical 
my radio's, but I am the one responsible to maintain the license to  operate 
the radio's. Ignorance of the law doesn't work. As a medical  professional, I 
also have not had a problem with profanity etc. If I can't  control my anger, 
I will QUIT working with/for the public.
