[ScanIndiana] new IMPD Illegal tac radio frequency found !!!!!

  This is a no brainier!!!!!  It's not only non professional, unethical and 
obscene ....... It's illegal ..... And they are Police Officers sworn to 
uphold the law.  What part of this is not understood?  Or have we dumbed 
down so far that we are void of structure and everything is an individuals 
prerogative?
