If you are hearing PD unit numbers in the 900s, it's probably 
Brownsburg. Their repeater output is 155.535MHz.

Danville PD has switched to the state Project SAFE-T system which is 
800MHz trunked digital. The sheriff's departmetn is still on VHF at 
154.815MHz. However, the entire county will be using 800MHz trunked 
either on Marion County's MECA system or Project SAFE-T within a year or so.
