[ScanIndiana] Looking for Duke Energy Frequencies for hamilton County/Westfield Indiana

Hello To all,Can anybody share with me the new frequencies for Duke Energy formerly known and Cinergy and Public Service Indiana?A friend of mine who lives in Carmel was listening to them on there 800Mhz system for a while and then he said they are gone and no longer being heard.Did they go Dightal, or did they go NEXTEL???
