Justin,Thanks for your e-mail,A Duke Energy truck was seen by me last Friday at Boone Village Shopping Center on SR 334 west of Zionville while I was getting my haircut.Had a center loaded antenna on top of the truck which looked like it when in the 451Mhz area.These frequencys were active for a while a then they went 800Mhz.800 mhz frequencies along with the 451Mhz frequencies have been checked and nothing was heard, silent,Could they be using NEXTEL with the walkie talkie feature  now for their communications,Can anyone help us out on finding them?Please advise,Thanks Tim DeLong Ham Radio Operator W9NES Indianapolis
