[ScanIndiana] Duke energy frequencies needed for Boone and Hamilton County

Hello,I am looking for Duke Energy frequencies for their dispatch to the trucks in the field when lines are down and when there are power outages in Boone and Hamilton Counties,I have checked the  frequencies listed for PSI in Hamilton County are are hearing nothing.Has anyone found where they went???,Any and all help would be appreceited,Thanks,Tim DeLong W9NES Scan Indiana Member
