Danville Police and Fire are on Project SAFE-T. Danville still 
dispatches North
Salem Fire on VHF (154.130MHz), but the whole county is gradually moving to
800MHz either with MECA or SAFE-T.

Hendricks County EMA is also on Project SAFE-T.

Probably the best reference for SAFE-T frequencies and talk groups is
www.radioreference.com though you will have register (no charge) to access the
databases.
