Speedway Police and Fire prior to MECA were using 155.700 for Police and 154.145 for Fire,Yes Speedway,Lawence and Beech Grove are not dispatched by MECA, They are doing it themselves along with Airport PD/Fire with MECA equipment .Tim DeLong W9NES
