There is a computer program (apparently) that will help with the
combs. It's apparently called SCANPROG.ZIP, and I found it on the
internet with a google search. No clue if it actually works,
though....
Here is the patent information. A neat read! Plus it tells you how
the combs work, if you read between the lines a bit.

It seems that each frequency is changed into a binary number. So, if
you found the scan edge limits (also on the internet), you should be
able to discern the codes....
And, they sell new combs! Wow!

Ken's does have the manuals, I called up there. The charge is $3 for
the first page, and 50 cents for each additional. The programming
manual for the ACT-W10 is only a few pages long. Money well spent.
He has an online order form, which is secure. That is what I would
