Right. But it's better than having BOTH a scanner AND
a weather radio. The delay between the NWS issuing the
warning and it being repeated by ISP is not important.
You still get the warning in time. I'm not saying
everyone has to do it my way. I'm just saying that
that's the way I do it.
I don't know why, I just really like the weather
alerts put out by Public Safety agencies...
