[ScanIndiana] Need help w/800 Trunked Frequency file

I need some help deciphering a frequency file. I'm not sure what is
frequency and what is a fleet id etc. The column header says tgid, and I
don't know what that is. Some of the entries have an actual 800 frequency,
others have something that looks nothing like a frequency.

I don't think I can upload the file here...but if you think you can help me,
let me know and I will send you the file. It is an 800 trunked frequency for
Indiana.
