Make sure the bank that has the SAFE-T system in it is in open mode.  This
way you should hear everything available on the site you're monitoring.  As
much as the system has been evolving, the pre-programmed stuff probably has
lots of holes and/or errors in it.

I have the R/S Pro 96.  It says it has SAFE-T preprogrammed into  it.  I 
brought it up and activated it, but, I rarely hear anything on  it.  I live
in 
Indpls and I should be hearing lots of traffic.  What  am I doing wrong?
