[ScanIndiana] 400Mhz Control Channel

[Ken Bandy]

408.25 is listed as being one of the frequencies of the Federal Penn in
Terre Haute.  It didn't list it as a control channel, though.

     Anyone in the area pick up a control channel on 408.2500.  Found while 
searching last night with good band opening.  Checked RR.com but unable to 
locate the system.  I'm thinking Federal Pen system maybe Michigan?
