[ScanIndiana] Uniden Repair

Just wondering where you get your scanners. I purchased a uniden and within 6 
weeks it went down and could neverr get them to honor the warranty. I have 
Bearcat crystal scanners that I will never part with that are old and have " 
taken the licking and keep on ticking" but stay with the Shack because I have 
never had any trouble with anything I have taken back over the years. I agree 
about most of the employees, and would rather they left me alone and got the 
answers myself, but I have a choice couple that have stayed around that answer my 
questions when my son's not available. I have hesitated posting since I did 
not want to sway a negative decision since I am sure not many have had a problem 
like mine with Uniden but will end saying I think both are good para - 
professional radios. As has already been said, it's a persona; preference. Just try 
and find what meets your need and ENJOY!!!  My nickel worth.
