RadioReference is about the best resource that I have found. Go to
http://snipurl.com/dm2z for the Parke County listings. Registration is
required to access the site, but it's free. There are not a whole lot of
listings for Parke County.
The new state-wide SAFE-T system has an active site in Marshall, and one in
the works in Rockville. However, this system is a trunked 800 Mhz system,
with the majority of the traffic being digital. In order to monitor this
system, you would need a scanner such as a Radio Shack PRO-96 or a Uniden BC
296D, both of which are in the $500 price range.
