To get the radio into program mode for a trunked system...

Press the program button.

Press and hold the trunk button until the banks all start to blink.

Press the bank number you want your trunk system to be in.

Using the up and down arrows, scroll to the type of system you are 
programming.

Press enter.

Input the needed frequencies, press enter, then the up arrow key to goto the 
next location for frequency and continue until you are complete with 
frequencies.

Press the SRC button.  The display should show dashes if you are getting a 
control channel...

Press Manual, and input the talkgroups...

This is all of the top of my head as I don't have one of those in front of 
me to walk through with the message...  Should get you there...  If it 
doesn't, email me directly and I'll go through it at the store with one in 
hand...
