Wishard Security is on MECA.  Talkgroup 21616.  They also use talkgroup
21648 as a secondary, sharing with Riley and possibly the rest of the
Clarian gang.

Maintenance has a UHF repeater mounted on the 10th street side of the
building, on the Ott building.  It has an output frequency of 464.925 MHz
and I believe the PL is 91.5 Hz.  Not 100% sure on the PL, but it would
come in handy to have, since several other hospitals around Marion County
have that same frequency, including Community Hospital East Campus
Security.

Wishard Medics are on MECA.  Various talkgroups.

I have seen some staff inside the hospital carrying what I assume are MECA
radios.  But during my two month stay a year ago, I was unable to nail
down any more talkgroups.
