Actually, either the Uniden BC796D or the Radio Shack 2096 will do 9600 baud
systems.  It's the Uniden 785D that only does 3600 baud.

You only have two choices.
Uniden's BC796 and the Radio Shack Pro 2096.
If you don't have any 9600bd systems, the Uniden will do fine.
If you have 9600bd systems, go for the Radio Shack.
