[ScanIndiana] new talk groups on District 52 Dightal system

I would agree with my friend Kyle thomas,I think they are patching there vhf frequencies to safe-t so Dist 51 ISP units who are assigned Hancock County can hear what is going on,I had a chance to meet the Sheriff of Hancock County Nick Gulling, who is a ham radio operator at the Greenfield Hamfest December of 2004 who told me and another ham that they did not have safe-t yet and they did have MECA system to talk to Marion County Sheriff East,All I can say is this right now,Keep those scanners rolling and when you find talk groups, stop the scanner on that talk group and listen for a while, Listen for "Key Words" as to locations, etc,This is the way how I am making id's on the talk groups.Best To All,Tim DeLong W9NES
