I could go the long route and make it known to every single person on every 
department by sending a letter to their command, but why???  I am covered 
because its "designed" to be used in the house...  Its exempt, read the last 
line of the law...  Per the guys that know here, its staying there as it has 
been for so long...  I have never had a problem and when I called the 
prosecutors office, they agreed...  And went on to say as long as it was not 
used in a crime, they saw it as being exempt as well...  As long as its 
manufactured with a 110 volt powercord, its obvious that its design is to be 
used in home...  I'll take whats coming if I ever get in trouble, I'll 
inject my 2 pennies and pay the fine if it ever happens...  So be it, there 
isn't an email in the world that would change my ways...

Father has done that for years...  He is one of a handful that administers 
the test...  I have no use for it...  Not interested...
