[ScanIndiana]BS laws

Like Susan said if you can't do the time don't do the crime.
In 1995 my Pro43 was taken, a ticket was issued and I got my scanner back
by calling the detective and going to the property room to pick it up.
Case dismissed, never even went to court.
Last January my lead foot got me two speeding tickets in a one week period
with a 2045 and others velcroed to the dash. Neither police officer even
asked about the radios even though the car looked like a porcupine.
I'm not just complaining about the law, I'm willing to fight against it.
I'm certain I'll find other Indiana scannists who want this bogus law
changed and have not had the opportunity to be hassled just yet for having a
no harm hobby.
Thanks again for the opportunity to speak, Matt.
Stu
