If you are referring to the City of Garrett Police Department, Rich
McVicar's weekly postings of FCC license grants contained this item a
few weeks ago:

You might check those frequencies. They are from the new 7.5 kHz
split allocations that the FCC has been issuing and you may not be
able to program them exactly into your scanner, though you should be
able to get pretty close.
The other possibility is that they've switched to the statewide 800
MHz trunked radio system known as SAFE-T. Check
www.radioreference.com to see if there are SAFE-T talk groups
assigned to Garrett PD.
