I'm not entirely sure what you're looking for.  But FCC ULS lists a
bunch of licenses for Indiana Gas Company.  The statewide mobile
licenses (WNYZ456) and individual county licenses (e.g. WNYZ454) appear
to be setup for TAC and conventional repeater operation.  It might be a
single frequency LTR but I don't see how it could be EDACS.

You can tell if it is LTR by listening for a heartbeat every 10-15
seconds on the repeater output frequency.  Set your squelch right at the
threshold and if it is LTR the squelch will open for a split second at a
regular interval.
