[ScanIndiana] ISP Redkey

[Michael Dewey]

The ISP at Redkey are still using the low band system. 42.42 for Dispatch.
They will be on the SAFE-T system some day but this district has always been low priority for any
improvements. Former Gov. O'Bannion considered closing this post several years ago.

  Hello To All, I just caught radio service testing on the system the
  following talk groups, said that the were having problems with system not
  working right, here are the talkgroups to watch on the
  system------64480,64528,64496,64512,Sounds like we might have another state
  agency or law enfocement getting new radios for the system.I will keep
