Tim,

When I lived in Indy before (spent a few years in Texas) there was a GMRS repeater
that was used for REACT.  I'm not sure if it's still in use or not, but Dave N9FOZ
was active on GMRS at the time, so you might ask him.

  not want anybody elese on "His Repeater".I am planning to put up my own
  repeater for in the field communications for Emergency Responce when all
  other forms of communications that are available to us are down-Ham
  Radio,Cell Phone,Etc.Would anyone out there like to help me out with this
