[ScanIndiana] Info needed on misc identifiers heard on ISP talkgroups

I have heard units with the 61 and 93 prefixes on the ISP-Lowell talkgroups
on Safe-T. I have searched Indyscan and have not seen anything for these.

Also, with the normal post numbering, 80 series units, like 13-84 are listed
on indyscan as being criminal investigator units. I have heard several
different units in the 80's responding to incidents in the I-94 construction
zone in Lake County. Is this normal for those type of units or does Lowell
deviate from the normal numbering as they do for the "Zone" units?

Any help with either of the above would be appreciated.
