Just FYI, I brought up that URL with Media Player 9 and WinXP
With no problems, got decent audio through the link which
Is a 56K modem.

The problem seems to be the URL.  The server is MMS protocol rather than
HTTP.  You would need to access it with this URL:
  mms://69.136.8.155:8080/

Using MMS protocol I hear it just fine using Mplayer on Linux.  Other folks
who were getting server errors with Windows Media Player also said that MMS
protocol works for them.
