[ScanIndiana] Loan MECA radios and MDTs for Election Day help ?!

I hate to say this but I do not think that Linn Piper will go along with this idea, he is very picky as to what happens to his radios,And if if involved MECA his baby, he will tell you NO,I think you need to work on another plan of action,Cell Phones are not reliable communications,I think the county needs to address this issue with Mr Piper and let the County pay the bill for your cell phone.With other Counties already on line Hendricks County,Avon Fire,Planfield Fire and not to much longer Brownsburg Police and Fire will be on the system.With more people on line they will be overloading the system and the system will BACKUP when there is a real emergency in our county, no one will be able to use the system and they will have to go back to  cell phones and CB Radios along with "Illegal Police Tac Radios" for communications.This is my view,thanks Tim DeLong W9NES,Indianapolis,Indiana
