[ScanIndiana] Talkgroup 1456 on MECA I (Marion County)

Ken, I have also beeen hearing the same talk group pn MECA 1456. It sounds
like a talkgroup that is used for stakeouts, etc and I will agree most of
the key players here are IPD.I have not heard any other agencies
involved.Can anyone out ther share what they know with us to confirm  my
find and Ken's about this talkgroup.Thanks 73 Tim DeLong W9NES
