[ScanIndiana] Fort Wayne Lutheran Air Pics

I have pictures...  They are located in the Lutheran Air folder...  I was
told by a flight nurse that they are fully operational with scene flights
and hospital flights...  Top speed is 150 mph.  Looks like a pretty nice
outfit...  One thing different compared to Samaritan is that there is no
standby to fly...  If its called, it flies, there is no "on hold"...
