When I attended Lifeline dispatch training last year, I got a chance to
take a look at the dispatch area.  Pretty neat.  You might also want to
take a look at the AM aircraft frequency band.  Lifeline dispatch has the
capability to communicate with the choppers on the AM aircraft band, and
they do so on some occasions.

It is possible that Lutheran Air is using a frequency in that band.
