Does anyone know the frequency they are communicating with their 
dispatch on?

If its anything like sam, keep an ear on 155.340 (IHERN) as they usually call for a patient update...  As soon as you hear that start searching because they will call in location as well as ETA or no contact with ground units...  I'd be willing to bet that its in the 155. area as well...  Another idea would be to search the FCC database...
