I will also add that this is Not just a Indiana Problem , Ever since 911
with the Homeland Security . Everything has changed , as Everyone know the
Communications Hobby is a great one , even if Most people not familiar with
it thinks We are a bunch of Geeks.

. I have heard of Problems from the people who like to get near the Train
Yards to Listen and take pictures , also many Problems of People Who did
not actually go to the big Chicago Airport where they use to go , But
actually park at the Toll Way rest stop near by to watch and listen to
planes . Having a Scanner and related materials Will definitely bring
suspicion on us . In almost anyplace now , I don't know if this is a good
thing , But it sure is something We have to deal with for the Price of
Freedom ,I Do find it Ironic after Reading the Note From FCC And ARRL.
Sept 11 , Below wanting all to listen for strange Communications and then
Maybe getting in trouble for it.

The FCC's Riley Hollingsworth today suggested that the amateur community
remain calm but ready. He invited amateurs monitoring any suspicious radio
activity to
contact him via e-mail, and he will relay relevant information to the FCC
duty team. "You never know," he said. He advised monitors to tape such
radio traffic, if
possible.
